Returns and Exchanges
First and foremost, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with every purchase you make from our store! We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and it must still be in its original packaging. If you receive your order and it is damaged, or defects occur during use of the product that are covered under the product’s warranty, your purchase will be replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty. We process these replacements as quickly as possible.
*Note that due to safety concerns and liabilities, there are a few products that cannot be returned once purchased. See examples below.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless it has been stated otherwise by a member of our team. In most cases, we are able to send you a shipping label at a discounted rate and will simply deduct the cost of the return from your refund.

Unfortunately, due to safety and health concerns we are unable to accept returns for the products below. We take child safety very seriously and our top priority is making sure the products we sell are safe for your children. The products listed below are hard or impossible to verify if they have been used/tampered with after being returned which is why they are on a "non-returnable" list.
- Car Seats (as parents we wouldn't want to buy a carseat that someone else had purchased and then returned after a short time which is why we don't allow carseats to be returned)
-Feeding and sanitary products: pacifiers, utensils, etc.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BROKEN?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can check out the issue and make it right. If you receive your package and the items are broken or damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with UPS or FedEx to get a shipping reimbursement. You will not be responsible to pay for products broken in transit.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify 1) their condition, and 2) that all components are included. Any product that is missing components will incur a charge for those missing items. Any shipping charges will not be reimbursed. We are not responsible for damage sustained in return transit to our facility, or any manufacturer facility; damaged products will incur a restocking fee based upon their condition. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. We do our best to process refunds immediately, but please allow 2-3 days once we receive the returned item.

- If the product is damaged or defective, take a picture! It helps us work with the manufacturer to make sure the issue doesn't happen again.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser in accordance with the original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.
